Twist & Shake, established in 1998, has always been family owned and operated. Since 2002, Mark and Sheryl Queen have continued the tradition of providing the best ice cream at exceptional customer service on Revere Beach. Our family grew in 2008 to include our Winthrop location providing the same quality service and product to a beautiful sea-side community.<\/p>\n

About the Owners<\/h2>\n

With over 30 years in the Hotel\/Restaurant Industry, Sheryl brings to the table vast experience\u00a0and knowledge in customer satisfaction and employee retention.\u00a0 Ms. Queen\u00a0was nationally\u00a0awarded the 2003 National General Manager of the year for her exceptional ability to manage people,\u00a0the business and\u00a0unmatched dedication to\u00a0Customer Service.\u00a0 Sheryl has been successfully operating the Twist & Shake portfolio for sixteen years.\u00a0 Sheryl Ann Queen graduated\u00a0with\u00a0A.S.\u00a0Restaurant Management, a B.S. Hospitality Management and a MBA from\u00a0Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.
\nMark has been in customer service for over 40 years.\u00a0\u00a0His dedication to\u00a0customer satisfaction and quality is recognized by all.\u00a0 Mark managed the Form N Teak furniture showcase for 18 years always finding ways to streamline the business and increase profitability.\u00a0 For 16+ years, his dedication to esthetics and efficiency has contributed to the overall success of the Twist & Shake.
\nIn addition, Mark and Sheryl Queen successfully completed Penn State\u2019s Ice Cream Short Course at University Park, PA.<\/p>\n
